Business Plan

           For our business to start up, first of all we are going to search for sponsors to help us up with building up the hotel. The sponsors that we will search for will be the companies that will be selling at the cafe restaurant downstairs and the baiten that will sell small snacks and food just like the mini coop. We are planning to recruit companies that already come to the campus of APU and AP house to sell their products. That way it will be easier to ask them since they are familier with the environment and they will have some sort of idea how it is going to work out rather than staring to search for a company from scratch.

BUILDING PLAN

Building with two floors

                     

1st floor =  *small baiten (just like the mini co-op)

                  *Café (with wifi hotspot)

☆ People may use this place freely just to have a chat and a cup of coffee or so.

☆ It would also be used for customers to relaxingly wait for their rooms if the sleeping café upstairs is full.

                     

2nd floor has 30 rooms of sleeping cafes

☆ Each room includes a computer with Internet, small bed with a blanket, a desk, and a small lump.

☆ A place where you can borrow comics, games, e.t.c.

☆ Shower room for the people who buy the night pack

           

PRICE PLAN

              We made reasonable prices for students to casually feel free to come use our hotel according from our survey that we did. 

               We will put a price on each room depending on time and size. We will only have 90mins pack and a night pack. So for example for the people who would want to stay for 2hrs would need to buy two 90mins packs. 

               There would be no exact amount for each hour or minute.

The price is made to be cheaper and more valuable per person if the size of the room gets bigger.

Product Overview

                                      　  Sleeping Cafe 
                
     From the idea of being able to sleep during our gap class, we decided to make a sleeping Cafe in APU as our project. We added in lots of details into our first plan so that it would be a reasonable place for students to use.
The location would be behind the D building in the forest. 

     The sleeping cafe is for the people who want privacy and who want to sleep or spend time during their gap class or even stay for a night to finish up your work either alone or with a group.
